Using the Tentaroo Online Reservation System
For your convenience, camp reservations are made online using Cascade Pacific Council’s (CPC) Tentaroo reservation system. Follow these steps and helpful tips to make your camp reservation through the Tentaroo system.
Unit rosters must be updated and ready prior to making camp reservations. For assistance managing your roster, reference the How to Set Up Your Online Roster guide, or contact Jeanette Leach at email@example.com or 503.225.5706.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 | Select your camp and session
Camps are organized by program. Navigate to the desired section and select the + symbol to see a list of sessions. Click the Register Today link to select your camp session and be automatically prompted to login to the Tentaroo reservation system using your unit’s login credentials.
If you do not know your unit log in, contact your unit leadership. If you are certain the unit does not have an account, please verify your account status with CPC Volunteer Services before selecting the option to create a new account.
In the rare circumstance that you are not registering for a unit event, you may login using a personal account.
Step 2 | Launch Registration Order
Within the camp session page, select the Register for Event button to begin the registration process.
Step 3 | Enter Your Attendees
Use the + and – symbols to input the number of youth and adults you’d like to include in the reservation. Select the Next button at the bottom of the page.
Step 4 | Select Preferred Campsites
Use the drop down menus to select your top three preferred campsite locations. Select the Next button at the bottom of the page.
Step 5 | Select Payment Preferences
Select whether you wish to submit the minimum down-payment or make the payment in full. Select the Complete button at the bottom of the page.
Step 6 | Checkout
Verify the amount you’ve chosen to pay and select the Checkout button at the bottom of the page.
Step 6 | Process Payment
Enter your billing and payment information. Select the Place Order button at the bottom of the page.
Step 6 | Acknowledge Refund Policy
Read the refund policy that appears in a pop-up-window and select the authorization check box. Select the Continue button.
Once you’ve reached the final reservation screen, print a copy of your reservation for your records.
