Where to Stay Before or After Camp

Are you coming in a day or a few days early prior to your CPCBSA camp dates? Or, did you tack on a few days after camp to explore our region? We have a few lodging recommendations to help you make appropriate plans.

Two CPCBSA lodges in Government Camp, Oregon
If you’re coming to Camp Baldwin (near Dufur, Oregon) or want to explore the beauty of Mt. Hood, we recommend our two lodges at Government Camp as possible lodging options before or after your camp adventure. View information about the lodges under our “camp rental properties” section.

Hotels/Airbnb
For our coastal camps (Camp Clark, Camp Meriwether), we recommend hotels or Airbnb in the cities of Tillamook, Pacific City, Rockaway Beach, Garibaldi or if you want a little more of a drive – Astoria or Lincoln City.

For our central Oregon camps (Camp Baldwin or Camp Pioneer), we recommend lodging in The Dalles (for Camp Baldwin) or Sisters (Camp Pioneer). There are also cabin rental options near Camp Pioneer in the city of Camp Sherman.

If you need further planning help, visit Travel Oregon. It’s a great resource with lots of information around planning your stay in the NW.
